Role Description: The Sales Engineer – Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves identifying and developing business opportunities for UPS solutions within marine and industrial sectors, conducting technical presentations and product demonstrations, and preparing proposals that align with client requirements.

The Sales

Engineer will collaborate with engineering and project teams to design suitable UPS configurations, support clients with technical queries, and ensure timely follow-up on leads and quotations. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective and existing customers, conducting site visits, providing pre- and post-sales technical support, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and market feedback. The role also requires building long-term customer relationships, contributing to sales targets, and staying current with industry standards and emerging technologies in power solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills,



with the ability to understand UPS systems and related power solutions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, prepare documentation, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in technical or industrial markets.
- Relevant experience in electrical or power systems, preferably in UPS, generators, or marine/industrial equipment, is beneficial.
- A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred, along with familiarity with industry standards and safety practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, conduct field visits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
