Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Hyderabad.

The Sales

Engineer will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct technical presentations and demonstrations, and recommend appropriate chip, scrap, and coolant management solutions to customers. The role includes preparing proposals and quotations, collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate solution design, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support.





The Sales

Engineer will maintain robust customer relationships, respond to technical and commercial queries, and support contract negotiations. The position also involves regular customer visits, market research, and reporting on sales activities to contribute to business growth in the region.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and provide clear technical and commercial information.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including prospecting, opportunity management, and closing deals in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (or related field) is preferred, with experience in capital equipment or industrial automation.
- Knowledge of metalworking, CNC machining, coolant systems, or material handling solutions will be beneficial.
- Ability to work in office with customers, travel as required, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in preparing technical proposals, using MS Office tools, and maintaining accurate sales documentation.
