Responsibilities:

- Communicating with customer, internal technical engineers to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
- Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
- Monitoring the supplied equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures includes spare parts.
- Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
- Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
- Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.
- Effective closing meetings with customer with proper MoM documents and customer satisfaction feedback.
- The ability to remain skilled under pressure.
- Computer knowledge with MS Office working skill.
- Ability to install the machinery equipment and to provide proper training on the machine/ equipment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
