We are a leading provider of IT Infrastructure and ELV (Extra Low Voltage)

solutions, delivering Networking, CCTV Surveillance, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems,

PA Systems, and other technology solutions to corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation activities, cold calling,

networking, and field visits.
- Identify and approach potential customers in Pune and nearby regions.
- Schedule and attend client meetings to understand business requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with internal technical and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain sales records, customer databases, and activity reports.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development,



or Lead Generation.
- Experience in IT Infrastructure, ELV, CCTV, Networking, Security Systems, or

related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel across Pune and surrounding areas for client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good presentation and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
