Role Overview The primary responsibility of this role will be to identify, approach and onboard distributors for Rewire Skincare and develop the brand's offline sales network. The candidate will be responsible for extensive market visits, distributor acquisition, relationship management and driving sales through the appointed distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new distributors and channel partners for Rewire across assigned territories.
- Conduct regular field visits to identify potential distributors and business opportunities.
- Approach and pitch Rewire to prospective distributors, explaining the brand, product portfolio and business opportunity.
- Build solid relationships with distributors, retailers and other relevant channel partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate distributor onboarding.
- Develop territory-wise distributor acquisition plans and execute them independently.
- Generate primary sales and ensure regular orders from appointed distributors.
- Support distributors in expanding Rewire's presence across their territory.
- Identify and develop relevant offline channels including beauty stores, cosmetic retailers, salons, pharmacies, skincare stores and other suitable outlets.
- Track distributor performance, sales, stock movement and market feedback.
- Monitor competitor brands, pricing, promotions and market trends.
- Collect regular feedback from distributors and retailers and communicate market insights to the management team.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports of field visits, leads, meetings, follow-ups, distributor conversions and sales.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly distributor acquisition and sales targets.

What We Are Looking For





- 1-4 years of experience in field sales, distributor sales, channel sales or business development.
- Experience in skincare, cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, personal care or pharmaceutical sales will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently approach and convince new business partners.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly energetic, self-motivated and comfortable with extensive field travel.
- target-oriented with a strong focus on results.
- Ability to independently develop a territory and build a distributor network from scratch.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp and sales reporting.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Compensation

- Salary: Competitive, based on experience and suitability
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives linked to distributor acquisition and sales

IDEAL CANDIDATE The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being in the market, knows how to find and approach distributors, can confidently pitch a new brand, negotiate commercial relationships and actually close deals. This is a business-building role, not a desk-based sales position. The candidate will play a key role in building Rewire's offline distribution network and establishing the brand across new markets. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
