Job Title: Training Development Executives At Usha Fire Safety, your main duty as a Training Development Executive is to work to increase the company's customer base and generate income. As a customer-focused and collaborative team player, you will actively contribute to the company's overall success in the marketing and service-based industry.

Key responsibilities

1. Tele calling: : Make outbound calls to potential customers and prospects to introduce Usha Fire Safety's products and services, and generate leads.

Place outbound calls to pre-qualified leads and potential customers who have shown some level of interest in Usha Fire Safety's offerings. and further, nurture the relationship to progress towards potential conversions.

1. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential prospects, and collect pertinent data for the business development team.
2. Customer Engagement: Engage with existing customers through telephonic communication to understand their needs, address queries, and offer support.
3. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all telecalling activities,



including lead details, customer interactions, and feedback

5. Follow-up: Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert potential opportunities into business deals. 6.Sales Support : Preparation of Quotations / Order in SAP. Assist the sales team by coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and arranging product demonstrations ( virtual and direct ) as required.

7 Target : Work towards achieving individual and team targets for lead generation and other key performance indicators.

8. Customer Relationship Management: Preparation of Certificates for the participants. Create and maintain valuable relationship with the customers to ensure that they receive excellent service

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
