Key Responsibilities:

* Handle and assist walk-in clients at the showroom

* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable assistance

* Maintain customer records and follow-ups

* Manage leads and customer information through CRM

* Coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer handling

* Ensure a skilled and welcoming showroom experience

Requirements:

✅ Good communication & interpersonal skills

✅ CRM knowledge is mandatory
