About the Role

We are looking for three driven B2C Sales Consultants to join our Bengaluru team.

This is a front-line sales position where you will interact with retail and HNI investors interested in pre-IPO and unlisted share investments. Your responsibility will be to educate, engage, follow up and convert prospective investors.

The role requires someone who enjoys interacting with customers, is comfortable with calling and follow-ups, works well with targets and is interested in building a career in financial-services sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound leads generated through digital marketing, referrals and other marketing channels via calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads available in the CRM pipeline.
- Reactivate dormant leads and develop conversations with prospective investors.
- Explain unlisted shares, pre-IPO investments, pricing mechanisms, transfer processes and associated risks clearly to prospective clients.
- Understand each investor's financial profile, risk appetite and investment objectives.
- Follow a consultative and client-focused sales approach.




- Convert qualified leads into active investors and coordinate with the back-office team for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, follow-ups and deal status in CRM.
- Consistently work towards achieving monthly sales, revenue and conversion targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the investment process.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2C Sales / Inside Sales / Telesales / Financial Product Sales.
- Candidates from BFSI, Fintech, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Stock Broking, Wealth Management or Investment Products are preferred.
- Basic understanding of financial and investment products.
- Interest and willingness to learn about pre-IPO and unlisted shares.
- Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and at least one regional language; Kannada or Hindi is preferred for the Bengaluru market.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable handling high-volume calls and regular customer follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and motivated by performance incentives.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain consistent sales activity.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business and email communication.
- Self-motivated with a strong willingness to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Educational Qualification Graduate in any discipline – B.Com, BBA, BBM, B.A., B.Sc. or equivalent.

Candidates with MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Finance can be considered an added advantage but are not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed CTC: 3.5 Lakhs per annum
- Performance Incentives: Bonus of up to 3–6 months of monthly salary based on individual and company performance
- Review Cycle: Performance review at 6 months with potential for salary revision
