Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer coordination, quotations, documentation, order processing, reporting, and vendor coordination. The candidate should have experience in the Networking / Structured Cabling / Integrated Systems domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, proposals, presentations, and customer follow-ups.
- Manage customer inquiries, meetings, correspondence, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain CRM records, sales documentation, databases, and reports.
- Process sales orders and coordinate with internal teams for timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, forecasts, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for pricing, product information, and delivery schedules.
- Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales,



Technical, and Project teams for smooth coordination.
- Support marketing activities and preparation of brochures, product sheets, and presentations.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support, preferably in Networking or IT Infrastructure.
- Basic knowledge of Structured Cabling, Networking, and Integrated Systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Certifications
- CompTIA Network+
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
- Cisco Sales Specialist or other relevant networking certifications.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
