Triplyf Tours Kerala Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and motivated Travel Sales & Booking Executive to join our growing team in Kochi.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, calls and other platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and prepare suitable Kerala travel packages.
- Prepare quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up with customers professionally and consistently.
- Handle resort, sightseeing, cab/jeep and activity bookings.
- Coordinate with resorts, drivers and operational teams.
- Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
- Ensure smooth communication with customers before and during their trip.
- Handle customer concerns and provide quick solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales and booking targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Travel & Tourism, Travel Sales, Hotel Booking or a related field preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of Kerala tourist destinations is an advantage.
- Experience in preparing travel quotations and itineraries.
- Good knowledge of WhatsApp, email and basic computer applications.
- Malayalam and English communication required.
- Tamil/Hindi speaking ability will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, responsibility and ability to work as part of a team.
