Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for expanding Foxscan’s customer base, with a focus on homeowners and residential communities in Pune City. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting outreach through calls, meetings, and presentations, and building strong relationships with prospective clients and referral partners such as real estate agents, housing societies, and architects. The role includes managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, following up on inquiries, and ensuring a smooth handover to the operations team.

The Business Development

Executive will track key metrics, gather market feedback, and collaborate with management to refine growth strategies and improve service positioning. Regular field visits within Pune City and participation in local events or campaigns are integral to the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, including identifying target segments and creating outreach plans.




- Candidates should possess robust Business and Account Management skills to manage pipelines, nurture relationships, and support repeat business.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for client meetings, presentations, and clear written and verbal correspondence.
- Relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in services, diagnostics, real estate, or home improvement sectors.
- Ability to work independently in the field, with strong organization, time management, and follow-up discipline.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic digital communication platforms.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English and local languages used in Pune City; willingness to travel across the city as part of day-to-day work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
