Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru North. In this role, the Sales Associate will engage with prospective buyers, understand their requirements, and present suitable property options in the primary real estate market. Daily responsibilities include conducting property consultations, coordinating site visits, following up with leads, and supporting clients through the decision-making and closing processes.

Associate will also maintain accurate records of interactions, collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on inventory and market trends, and uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing skills, including relationship building, needs assessment, and consultative selling.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, with solid negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
- Basic knowledge of real estate markets, particularly residential properties, and willingness to learn local Bengaluru North market dynamics.
- Proficiency in maintaining lead records, using CRM or similar tools, and handling follow-ups systematically.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site sales environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Prior experience in real estate sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
