Responsibilities

- Handle student and customer enquiries professionally via calls and digital communication channels.
- Guide prospective candidates about MahaRERA Training Programs and certification courses.
- Follow up with interested leads and assist them throughout the admission process.
- Maintain proper communication records and daily reporting.
- Build positive relationships with potential students and clients.
- Achieve admission and sales targets assigned by the company. Required Skills & Qualifications




- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Zoom, and online communication platforms.
