About the role

We run Meta ad campaigns that bring in a steady flow of leads. Your job is to own those leads end-to-end — call fast, qualify well, book the consultation, and help close. You're the first human voice a potential client hears, so you set the tone for the whole project.

What you'll do

- Respond to every Meta lead within minutes, not hours

- Qualify: budget, timeline, scope, location, seriousness

- Book site visits / studio consultations for the design team

- Follow up relentlessly (calls, WhatsApp, email) until it's a yes or a clear no

- Keep the CRM clean — every lead tracked, tagged, updated

- Share ground-level feedback on lead quality so we improve the ads

What we're looking for

- 1–3 yrs in sales — interiors, real estate, or high-ticket services preferred

- Outstanding on the phone; comfortable with WhatsApp-led selling

- Organised and disciplined with follow-ups

- Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, English

- Hungry, warm, and hard to shake off

Nice to have

- Basic sense of design/interiors so you speak the client's language

- Experience working Meta/Facebook lead forms

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
