About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Training Executive with 2–5 years of experience in the F&B; industry to manage sales activities, customer relationships, coffee-related training, and day-to-day operational coordination in Gurgaon.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship-management skills, a good understanding of the F&B; market, and the ability to coordinate effectively between customers, sales, vendors, and internal operations teams.

Experience or strong exposure to the specialty coffee beans business and café operations will be highly preferred. The candidate should have a basic understanding of specialty coffee, coffee beans, brewing methods, café operations, barista practices, and customer handling.

The candidate should also have basic practical knowledge of barista training and latte art. The company will provide additional product, technical, and training support; however, candidates are expected to have a fundamental understanding of barista skills, coffee preparation, latte art, and specialty coffee concepts before joining.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities within the F&B; market.
- Handle sales activities for specialty coffee beans, café products, and related offerings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with B2B and B2C customers.
- Coordinate with cafés, restaurants, hotels, distributors, and corporate customers.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, networking, and other channels.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up with clients for order closure.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients regarding enquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable coffee products and solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements.

Barista Training & Coffee Knowledge

- Should be able to conduct barista training for café staff and customers.
- Demonstrate coffee preparation, espresso-making, milk steaming, and beverage preparation techniques.
- Provide latte art lessons , including milk texturing and fundamental latte art techniques.
- Explain concepts of specialty coffee , including coffee beans, roast profiles, flavour characteristics, freshness, grinding, brewing, and extraction.
- Demonstrate proper handling, storage, grinding, and preparation of specialty coffee beans.
- Support customers and café teams in understanding the correct use and application of coffee products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and coffee training sessions at customer locations when required.
- Assist the management in developing training materials, demonstrations, and product knowledge sessions.
- Continue developing knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing techniques, café trends, and new coffee products.

Operations

- Coordinate with customers, vendors, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor order processing, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and operational issues.
- Coordinate with accounts for billing, outstanding payments, and related documentation.
- Maintain proper records of sales, orders, customer interactions, training sessions, and operational activities.
- Track daily activities and provide regular reports to management.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, training, and operations functions.

Required Coffee Knowledge & Skills The candidate must have basic knowledge or prior exposure to:

- Barista skills and café operations
- Espresso preparation and basic coffee brewing
- Milk steaming and texturing
- Advanced latte art
- Specialty coffee concepts and terminology




- Coffee beans, roast profiles, grinding, and extraction
- Understanding of coffee equipment and café workflow
- Customer-facing coffee product demonstrations

Advanced barista or specialty coffee certification is not mandatory. However, the candidate must have genuine interest and basic practical knowledge of coffee and should be comfortable learning and conducting further training. The company will provide additional training to enhance the candidate's technical and product knowledge. Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Sales, F&B;, Café Operations, Business Development, or Training.
- F&B; industry experience is mandatory.
- Experience or exposure to specialty coffee beans business and café operations is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of barista training and latte art is mandatory.
- Strong understanding or interest in specialty coffee is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and basic training sessions.
- Ability to travel for customer meetings, café visits, and training sessions.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and reporting .
- Strong follow-up skills with a result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with different teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is energetic, proactive, commercially aware, and hands-on , with the ability to manage sales, customer relationships, coffee training, and operational execution .

Candidates from specialty coffee companies, cafés, restaurants, catering, food service, cloud kitchens, hospitality, coffee equipment companies, food distribution, FMCG/F&B; sales, or related F&B; businesses will be preferred.

Candidates with basic barista knowledge, latte art skills, and an understanding of specialty coffee who are willing to develop their technical expertise through company-provided training are encouraged to apply.
