Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role at Mehaa Finserv is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. In this role, the specialist will interact with prospective and existing clients to understand their loan requirements, present appropriate loan products, and support them through the application process.

The position involves generating and qualifying leads, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive sales growth. The specialist will also support marketing initiatives, including local campaigns, partner outreach, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.



Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, preparing basic sales reports, and ensuring a professional, service-oriented experience for every client.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, explain loan options clearly, and build trust.
- Proven Sales abilities, with experience in meeting targets, managing pipelines, and converting leads in financial or related services.
- Experience in Sales Management and Training to guide team members, share best practices, and support sales process improvement.
- Basic understanding of loan products and financial services; prior experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial consulting is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Hyderabad, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client interactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for maintaining records and generating simple sales reports.
