Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work full time on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, supporting the growth of iFilms Media’s client base and services. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting media production offerings, and developing relationships that lead to new business opportunities. The specialist will create and execute marketing campaigns, coordinate promotional activities, and contribute to brand visibility across digital and offline channels.

Daily responsibilities include managing leads and inquiries, preparing sales proposals,



following up on opportunities, and collaborating with the production team to align client requirements with service capabilities. The role also includes maintaining customer satisfaction through responsive communication and ongoing account support.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive lead generation, convert opportunities, and manage pipelines.
- Candidates should possess Training and coaching abilities to support team knowledge on products, services, and sales practices.
- Experience in marketing for media, advertising, or creative industries, including basic digital marketing and campaign coordination, is beneficial.
- Proven ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams, manage time effectively, and meet sales and marketing targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with media production services (such as corporate films, animations, and commercials) is an advantage.
