Role Description This is a full-time Sales and Marketing Manager role based in Bhopal, structured as a hybrid position with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales and Marketing Manager will oversee lead generation, client relationship management, and sales pipeline development for pre-fabricated and conventional steel structure projects.

Daily responsibilities include identifying current business opportunities, preparing proposals and estimates, coordinating presentations, and negotiating contracts with clients and partners. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and offline promotion, and supporting brand positioning in the infrastructure and construction sector.



The manager will collaborate closely with operations and fabrication teams to align offerings with client needs, provide regular sales and market reports, and contribute to strategic planning and revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Proven skills in sales strategy, business development, and account management within construction, infrastructure, or related industries.
- Experience in marketing planning, campaign execution, and brand positioning, including familiarity with digital marketing tools and channels.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements, and translate insights into actionable sales and marketing plans.
