Job Overview:

We're seeking an energetic and driven Sales and Marketing Associate to build our customer base and drive growth across multiple segments. You'll be the bridge between our services and high-potential customers - from individual fitness enthusiasts to corporate wellness programs and medical institutions.

Core Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation and Customer Research

- Research and compile comprehensive lists of potential customers across segments: individual clients, doctors, medical institutions, wellness centers, corporates, housing societies etc.
- Use market research, referrals, and online tools to identify decision-makers and contact information
- Maintain and update customer database with prospect information, interactions, and follow-up status

- Field Marketing and Business Development

- Conduct in-person visits to potential customers (doctors' clinics, hospitals, corporate offices, housing society offices etc.)
- Present services to decision-makers and build relationships
- Negotiate and support in customer acquisition

- Direct Collaboration with the founders

- Work closely with the founding team on go-to-market initiatives and marketing campaigns
- Provide real-time market feedback and customer insights to inform strategy
- Participate in planning and execution of campaigns, events, and partnerships

- Partnership Development





- Identify and nurture partnerships with wellness clinics, corporate wellness providers, and medical practitioners

- CRM and Pipeline Management

- Maintain accurate records in CRM (customer interactions, follow-ups, pipeline stage)
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on leads generated, conversion rates, and revenue pipeline

- Customer Feedback and Success Stories

- Gather testimonials and case studies from existing satisfied clients
- Document client outcomes to use in sales pitches

Compensation Structure

- Fixed Component: Base salary (to be discussed)
- Variable Component: Performance-based incentives tied to Customer acquisition and conversion rates

Strong performers can significantly increase their total compensation through variable pay components.

Key Qualifications:

Required

- Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
- Familiarity with the wellness, fitness, or healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven individual with proven sales or business development experience
- Comfort with field visits and B2B sales cycles
- Basic proficiency with Excel, and Google Workspace
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
