Position: Sales MIS Coordinator & Billing

Business: 3-Wheeler (3W) B2C & B2B

Location: Pune ( Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra)

Experience: 3-7 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Sales MIS reports for management review.
- Track sales orders, invoicing, billing, dispatches, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Plant teams to ensure smooth order-to-billing operations.
- Prepare target vs. achievement, dealer/customer-wise sales, dispatch, billing, and pending-order reports.
- Handle end-to-end billing and invoicing activities, including invoice preparation, verification, and corrections.
- Maintain accurate sales and billing data in ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
- Monitor pending orders, billing status, dispatches, and other sales KPIs.
- Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and management reports.
- Analyse sales data and provide relevant insights to the Sales team and management.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation related to sales, billing, and commercial operations.




- Support the sales team with data analysis, reporting, and other operational requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data analysis, reporting, etc.
- Hands-on experience in Sales MIS and Billing/Order Processing.
- Positive understanding of sales operations and commercial processes.
- Working knowledge of ERP/SAP is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in the Automotive / 2W / 3W / Commercial Vehicle / Manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Candidates having experience in dealer coordination, sales operations, sales MIS, billing, invoicing, or commercial operations will be an advantage.Role & responsibilities
