- Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management and JML processes.
- Experience with user provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, and entitlement management.
- Hands-on experience with Access Certifications / Recertifications.
- Strong knowledge of RBAC, Role Engineering, Entitlement Management, and SoD.
- Experience configuring SailPoint workflows, policies, approvals, forms, and lifecycle events.
- Experience with application onboarding and SailPoint connectors.
- Good understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, and enterprise authentication.
- Experience with Incident, Service Request, Problem, and Change Management.
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills for complex IAM issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work 16x5 rotational shifts.
