Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)

- 6+ years IAM experience 3+ years SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow hands-on

- Strong in: Lifecycle management Certifications & Provisioning

- Policies & workflows:

SailPoint Rules (BeanShell/Java) Transforms (very important)

- Experience with: AD / Azure AD / SaaS apps

- Protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM

- Scripting + REST APIs: Python / PowerShell / JS

- Identity Governance & Architecture: Ability to design end-to-end IAM architecture in ISC

- Integration & Connectivity: Strong hands-on integration experience (not just configs)

- Access Certification & Compliance: Experience handling audits & compliance readiness

- Roles, Entitlements & SoD: Deep understanding of risk-based access control

- AI & ISPM (Advanced Area): Exposure to newer SailPoint AI features (very valuable)

- Operations & Governance: Production support + leadership mindset
