About The Job:

- We are seeking a Senior SailPoint Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of SailPoint-based Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

- This role demands a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow, as well as the ability to work across security, infrastructure, and business teams to drive scalable, compliant, and business-aligned identity solutions.

Essential Job Functions:

- Define and lead the enterprise IAM architecture strategy using SailPoint.

- Design and oversee the implementation of complex IAM solutions across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.

- Lead SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow configurations, customizations, and integrations with authoritative sources and target systems.

- Design and implement lifecycle management processes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), role-based access control (RBAC), certification campaigns, and policy enforcement.

- Integrate SailPoint with applications, directories, databases, and cloud platforms via connectors, APIs, and custom scripts.

- Lead architecture reviews, gap assessments, and IAM roadmap planning with cross-functional teams.





- Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for SailPoint platform capabilities, best practices, and governance models.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IAM engineers and developers.

- Collaborate with InfoSec, compliance, audit, and enterprise architecture teams to meet governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) requirements.

- Drive continuous improvement in IAM architecture, automation, and monitoring

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (preferred) or IdentityNow, including design, deployment, and support.

- Strong experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions for large enterprises.

- Expertise in Java, BeanShell scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and directory services (LDAP, Active Directory).

- Deep understanding of IAM concepts: provisioning, access reviews, RBAC, SOD, least privilege, and identity lifecycle.

- Solid experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, O365, Azure AD, etc.).

- Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

- SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Architect or equivalent.

- Experience with cloud IAM (AWS IAM, Azure AD) and hybrid identity models.

- Knowledge of other IAM tools (e.g., Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity) is a plus.

- Prior experience in IAM modernization or digital transformation initiatives.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
