Qualification:

B.Tech -Fire & Industrial Safety

Or

BSC Science + Diploma in Industrial safety( Tech. board)

Role & responsibilities

-Accident prevention promotional activities (e.g. Hazard, Near miss reporting, Safety Kaizen, Behavior based safety)

-Risk management/HIRA/ISO 14001/45001

-Construction safety management ( Trg, permits, check)

-Procedure design , education , verification at site.

-S.H.E culture activities at manufacturing line (e.g. Tool Box Talk, Awareness sessions, Task safety analysis, events)

-Environment operation Resource optimization ,3R etc.

Competencies:

-Capable for training to associate

-Onsite observation skill & knowledge of rules

-Understanding of Occupational Safety code & rules

-Soft skill: teamwork skill for safety implementation

Preferred candidate profile

-Manufacturing area experience ( Auto, metal , electronic )

-Good English & Hindi communication skill

-Adaptable for location / plant unit change.
