The resource needs to have knowledge/ experience of:

Saba LMS

Downloading releases/ patches from CSoD site,

Installing them on servers,

Saba database knowledge,

Running database scripts

Basic understanding on unix/ linux commands and

Server infrastructure.

Saba entreprise experience

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Minimal qualifications 10+ Years of IT Experience

At least 8 year of relevant LMS Experience (Cornerstone/Saba)

Good communication

Must-Have Competencies Techno-Functional Knowledge and experience of at least 1 LMS system (Cornerstone/ Saba/ SumTotal etc.)

Hands-on experience of Implementation of Cornerstone / Saba

Understanding requirements, Design and Development of Architectural diagrams and DFDs

Functional knowledge of Learning, Competency/Skills or Performance areas

Technical knowledge of LMS architecture and standards

Good experience of any Analytical tools





Good experience of any Survey/ Assessment tools

Good experience in preparation of test scripts

Possesses quantitative skills and analytical rigor, and capable of integrating multiple sources and large amounts of data.

Attention to detail, self-directed, organized and efficient at time management

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal communication skills to ensure strong collaboration between different functions.

Effective problem-solving, and business judgment skills.

Ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously and work well under pressure.

Valuable-to-Have Any one LMS Product certification (Cornerstone / Saba)

LMS Product Implementation / Migration experience

ITIL certification

HCM Talent Management (Hire to Retire Lifecycle) knowledge

Webservices knowledge

Experience with SSO and integration tools
