Role Description The Rulestream Developer will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining Rulestream-based solutions to support product configuration and engineering processes. Day-to-day activities include analyzing business requirements, modeling rules and workflows, integrating Rulestream with PLM/ERP systems, and troubleshooting application issues. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with organizational standards.

Documentation of configurations, testing of changes, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives are also key aspects of the position.



This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

- Strong experience with Rulestream or similar rules-based configuration platforms, including rule modeling and workflow design.
- Knowledge of PLM/ERP integration concepts and familiarity with product configuration, engineering processes, or CAD/PLM environments.
- Proficiency in software development or scripting (such as C#, .NET, Java, or relevant scripting languages) and understanding of databases and SQL.
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and create clear documentation.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and quality assurance practices.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering design, or product lifecycle management is an advantage.
