About the Role:

NetGains Technologies is looking for a Asst. Business Development Manager/ Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales and new business development for our IT and SaaS solutions.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role where you will be responsible for prospecting, connecting with decision-makers, understanding business challenges, presenting solutions, managing client relationships, and closing deals.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B/Enterprise Sales- preferably within IT, SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Technology, and should be comfortable interacting with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, founders,



and business owners.

You will be selling a portfolio of enterprise technology solutions, including:
- DNSSync – DNS orchestration and automated failover solution.
- Trove.M365 – AI-powered Microsoft 365 archiving and storage optimization.

The focus is on selling business outcomes such as cost savings, security, reliability, compliance, and improved infrastructure performance, rather than simply selling product features.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect enterprise accounts and generate recent business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, referrals, networking, events, and other channels.
