Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend and third-party applications.

- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, and UI/UX, to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

- Debug and resolve application issues and production incidents.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Work with relational databases to design and optimize queries.

- Maintain version control and support CI/CD deployment processes.

Required Skills





- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails development.

- Strong proficiency in Ruby and the Rails framework.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.

- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frontend integration.

- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite.

- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.

- Understanding of RSpec, Minitest, or other testing frameworks.

- Experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

- Robust analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.
