- Experience as a Business Analyst in RPA/Intelligent Automation projects
- Client-facing experience with Process Discovery Workshops and stakeholder management
- Strong experience in creating PDD (Process Definition Document), BRD, PRD, SDD
- Ability to identify and document automation opportunities, process flows, business requirements, exceptions, and test scenarios
- Experience conducting As-Is and To-Be process analysis
- Knowledge of UAT, Test Planning, Requirement Gathering, and Process Mapping
- Ability to perform FTE savings/ROI/Business Case creation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with project methodologies such as:
