About the Role

We are building training data to train the next generation of Vision-Language-Action (VLA) and World Foundation Models (WFMs)—tackling one of the hardest open problems in physical AI. We are looking for an agile, hands-on Robotics Hardware Engineer to build, break, fix, and ship functional hardware systems fast.

Key Responsibilities

- Select sensors, review datasheets, and execute custom wiring and circuit bring-up from scratch.
- Interface and integrate sensor arrays with microcontrollers and single-board computers (SBCs).
- Debug complex issues across hardware, firmware, and software boundaries.
- Move rapidly from concept to prototype under tight timelines with pragmatic engineering trade-offs.




- Create basic 3D designs/enclosures to make prototypes physically robust and deployable in the field.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in robotics, embedded systems, or hardware engineering.
- Track Record: Demonstrated background building tangible hardware (robots, IoT devices, embedded systems).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading datasheets, sensor integration, board bring-up, and hardware debugging.
- Mindset: High ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to troubleshoot without step-by-step guidance.
- Bonus: Background in embedded software, full-stack tools, or ML-adjacent workflows.
- Availability: Must be able to join immediately in Bengaluru.

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
