- One point contact for the Financiers ( Banks, NBFCs, etc.) relationships for RXIL
- Managing Financial Institutions and complete handholding for platform operability.
- Building relationships with all the Participant across the FIs.
- Handle operational issues / complaints raised by Financiers.
- Identifying opportunities to improve our products and processes & service to customers
- Engaging with financiers for lead generation

RXIL operates the Trade Receivables Discounting System (TReDS) Platform as per the TReDS guideline issued by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on December 3, 2014.
