Responsibilities

- Understand Governance Services & Contract Management Services capabilities and solutions
- Provide technical, business consulting and product expertise to customers enabling comprehensive solution to be delivered
- Facilitate technical discussions and white boarding for project and technical solutions from one to many CLM applications
- Determine the scope of the implementation and the resources required to successfully complete the work
- Identify use cases, roles and other business requirements for each project
- Produce and manage client-facing documentation
- Conduct implementation pilots and help customer envision final solution
- Train new clients on the essentials of systems to get them started on implementations
- Identify areas for process improvement within the organization and make recommendations to Management
- Produce technical proposals
- Demonstrate industry expertise (deep understanding of the industry, emerging trends, issues/challenges, key players & leading practices).
- Actively establish & strengthen client (functional heads & key influencers) and internal relationships.
- Frequently engage with client stakeholders and senior leadership through written and verbal communication.
- Develop strong working relationships with client (process owners / functional heads)
- Help in the development of IP for Governance Services & Contract Management Services capabilities and solutions Assist in developing new methodologies and internal initiatives.
- Display teamwork, integrity and leadership.



Work with team members to set goals and responsibilities for specific engagements. Foster teamwork and innovation - Actively encourage team members to contribute ideas.
- Drive performance management for self and team.

Skills and abilities
- Strong ability & inclination to work on simple to complex documents with focus to achieve high degree of quality and accuracy.
- Ideal candidates would have a strong background in software development and Software-as-a-Service systems
- Proven ability to understand complex domain problems and create proof of concept (PoC) rapidly.
- Must have experience working with Enterprise Customer contacts
- Experience in CLM products and Support tools like Icertis, Agiloft, GEP/ Conga would be positive to have
- Knowledge of contracts and outsourcing industry including ITO, ADM / AMS, ITES, EUC, Software development & BPO would be good to have
- Ability to understand and analyse contract / financial / performance data
- Excellent inter-personal skills with an ability to work in a culturally diverse environment and teams
- Process oriented Ability to learn & understand new processes and contribute in various disciplines of Governance Services & Contract Management Services.
- Well conversant with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and usage of Internet.
- Communication Skills Ability to interact comfortably on telephone, conference calls and through emails with Client Personnel, Client Service Providers and any Onsite team.
- Effective Time management Ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision / guidance.
- Flexible on timings and willingness to work in an unstructured environment.

Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration
- Bachelor of Commerce
