S2BDS Staffing is looking for talented and motivated BIM Engineers – MEP to join a leading team working on exciting MEP and BIM projects.

Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services based on design drawings.
- Coordinate MEP services with architectural, structural, and other disciplines.
- Prepare BIM models with different Levels of Development (LOD), including fabrication detailing where required.
- Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, schedules, and coordination drawings as per project and client requirements.
- Develop as-built BIM models using site survey drawings, point clouds, mark-ups, and as-built comments.
- Perform clash detection and prepare detailed clash reports using Navisworks.
- Work collaboratively with BIM Modelers, Detailers, Engineers, and Project Teams.




- Support the Team Lead in project coordination and other assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with team members and take responsibility for team coordination whenever required.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
- Deliver quality work while managing project deadlines and working under pressure.
- Be flexible and willing to work in different shifts based on project requirements.

Required Skills ✔ Proficiency in Revit MEP

✔ Experience with Fabrication CAD MEP

✔ Strong knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection

✔ Good understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems

✔ Knowledge of construction methodologies and MEP coordination

✔ Experience in preparing shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and coordination models

✔ Understanding of BIM standards and workflows

✔ Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

✔ Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
