Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Lead Post-Enrollment Onboarding: Own the end-to-end student onboarding process, including registration verification, documentation, and timely activation of learning portal access to ensure a seamless transition into the program.

- Drive Student Engagement & Retention: Plan and execute structured engagement initiatives, including regular check-ins, progress monitoring, and proactive interventions to improve participation, retention, and student referrals.

- Ensure an Exceptional Student Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for students throughout their learning journey, ensuring timely query resolution, proactive communication, and consistently high levels of student satisfaction.

- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Technology, Technical Support, and other relevant teams to identify, escalate, and resolve platform-related issues, minimizing disruptions and supporting robust student retention and engagement.

- Leverage Student Feedback & Insights: Collect, analyze,



and synthesize student and candidate feedback to identify trends and translate insights into improvements for pitch scripts, sales and communication strategies, student experience, and future program launches.
