We are looking for a Sales Head who can recruit, train and lead a high-performance sales force capable of selling Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Website Development, Mobile & Web Applications, Branding and Technology Services through cold calling, LinkedIn, bidding platforms, outbound prospecting and unconventional acquisition channels.

If you have spent years managing teams, attending meetings and explaining why the targets weren't achieved, this isn't for you. If you've repeatedly taken impossible targets, built hungry teams and smashed them anyway — keep reading.

YOUR MANDATE

Build a sales team that doesn't wait for leads — it hunts for opportunities. You will own recruitment, sales training, pitch development, prospecting systems, pipeline management, conversion strategy and monthly revenue delivery. You will set aggressive activity and revenue KPIs, identify what is working, kill what isn't, and personally step into high-value negotiations when needed. The expectation is simple: build a scalable sales engine and make revenue predictable.

WHO WE WANT

We want a commercially aggressive leader with a proven record of chasing ambitious targets and consistently delivering. You should know how to turn freshers into capable salespeople, capable salespeople into closers and closers into future team leaders.

Experience in digital marketing, IT services, SaaS, web/app development or other B2B services is strongly preferred. You should be comfortable with pressure, rejection, daily numbers and accountability — and have the instinct to find another route when the obvious one stops working.

THE TARGETS WILL BE AGGRESSIVE.





That's intentional. We want someone who has already demonstrated the ability to chase ₹1Cr+ or equivalent aggressive revenue targets per month and deliver under pressure. If your best month is still the month you talk about in interviews, you're probably not ready. We want someone who can say:
