CTC: Up to 6.5 LPA (Based on Experience & Last Drawn CTC)

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end dark store operations and daily activities

Ensure inventory accuracy, stock availability, and shrinkage control

Lead and supervise store staff to achieve operational targets

Monitor order processing, dispatch, and delivery SLAs

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards

Analyze store performance and drive productivity improvements

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth store operations

Eligibility Criteria

Any Graduate (Mandatory)

Experience in Quick Commerce is mandatory





Candidates from Blinkit, Zepto, Flipkart Minutes, BigBasket, or similar competitors preferred

Solid team handling and operations management skills
