RETIRED BANKING / COOPERATIVE PROFESSIONAL REQUIRED

Location: Jaipur | Engagement: Full-time / Part time / Consultancy

We are looking for an experienced retired Bank Manager/Senior Banking Officer/Cooperative Society Officer to assist in the winding-up of a Multi-State Credit Cooperative Society.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and coordinate the winding-up and settlement process.
- Examine and manage accounts, loan records, deposits, assets and liabilities.
- Plan and execute recovery of outstanding loans from borrowers and guarantors.
- Draft legal/demand/recovery notices, letters, undertakings and settlement documents, and coordinate with advocates where required.
- Negotiate loan settlements and recoveries with borrowers and other stakeholders.
- Liaise and coordinate with the Cooperative Department, Registrar/Central Registrar and other government authorities.
- Coordinate with Advocates, Chartered Accountants, Auditors and other professionals.
- Prepare recovery statements, reconciliations, reports and other documents required for winding-up.
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely follow-up of all recovery, legal and regulatory matters.





Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of experience in banking, cooperative societies, financial institutions or loan recovery.
- Preferably retired Bank Manager/Senior Officer/AGM/DGM or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of banking, accounts, loan recovery and cooperative laws/procedures.
- Experience with Multi-State Cooperative Societies and government/cooperative authorities will be highly preferred.
- Strong legal drafting, negotiation, communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand financial statements, ledgers, loan accounts and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Word and accounting software will be an advantage.
- Should be honest, responsible, practical, independent and capable of handling sensitive matters confidentially.
- Good command of Hindi and English.

Remuneration: Negotiable based on experience and suitability. Interested candidates may share their CV, previous designation, relevant experience and expected remuneration.
