Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Location: Dhulagarh, West Bengal

Experience: 2–5 Years

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day retail sales activities and customer enquiries.
- Communicate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, and orders.
- Receive, track, and follow up on customer orders through WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate sales and order records using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, dispatch, and delivery.
- Follow up with customers for pending or ongoing orders.
- Maintain valuable relationships with existing customers and support repeat sales.
- Prepare daily sales and order status reports.
- Resolve basic customer queries and ensure timely communication.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Experience in retail sales and order management.
- Good knowledge of WhatsApp for order tracking and customer coordination.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Candidate Requirements




- 2–5 years of relevant Retail Sales experience.
- Graduate candidates will be preferred.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from Dhulagarh.
- Should have good communication, follow-up, and customer-handling abilities.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
