Bear Teddy Bean Bags is looking for a dedicated and organized *Store Manager to support the daily administrative and operational tasks at our Cochin branch. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations, the team, and contribute to an efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities: ·

Handle daily office administration and clerical tasks. · Maintain office supplies and inventory. · Assist in document management, filing, and record-keeping. · Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office-related purchases. · Support the sales team with customer inquiries and order processing. · Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence. · Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and staff coordination. · Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and well-maintained. · Perform basic data entry and report preparation as required.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an office assistant or administrative role. · Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)



and basic office software. · Strong communication and organizational skills. · Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. · Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. ·

Preferably residing in or near Cochin for easy commute.
