? Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹12,000 per month + Performance Incentives

? Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

? Weekly Off: 1 day per week, excluding Saturday & Sunday

WEVOW is a growing Indian ethnic wear brand specializing in sarees, blouses, and handcrafted garments. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team.

✨ Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers throughout their shopping experience
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Assist with saree, blouse, and ethnic-wear selection and styling
- Explain product details, fabrics, designs, and pricing
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries, billing, orders, and follow-ups
- Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards
- Support stock arrangement and day-to-day store operations




- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits
- Coordinate with the backend and management teams when required

? What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in fashion and Indian ethnic wear
- Customer-focused, presentable, and confident
- Responsible, punctual, and target-oriented
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
