We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Retail Sales Executive to drive revenue through in-store sales, pop-up events, and exhibitions. The ideal candidate should possess strong customer handling skills, upselling ability, and the confidence to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced retail workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage existing industry relationships and experience with shared retail shelf spaces to identify, acquire, and expand the brand’s presence across multi-brand retail outlets
- Deliver a seamless and engaging retail customer experience through personalized interactions and strong product knowledge
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth retail operations, inventory management, and event execution
- Support administrative functions including sales reporting, stock tracking, and vendor coordination
- Proactively reach out to potential corporate clients to generate business opportunities for corporate gifting
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience working with shared retail shelf spaces and multi-brand retail environments
- Strong understanding of retail customer experience and service excellence
- Good coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage administrative responsibilities efficiently
- Exposure to corporate gifting, B2B outreach, or client acquisition is an added advantage
