Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their requirements.
Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Demonstrate products effectively to customers and explain their usage.
Handle inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain a clean and organized showroom, including product displays and inventory.
Process sales transactions accurately, including invoicing and billing.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.
Collaborate with the team to achieve overall showroom goals.
Requirements
Fresher or experience in showroom, retail, or mall sales.
