Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide a warm, personalised shopping experience.

- Understand customer preferences, requirements and the occasion.

- Recommend suitable outfits based on individual style and requirements.

- Develop strong knowledge of Bonsoir's products, fabrics, fits and collections.

- Assist customers with styling, trials and purchase decisions.

- Achieve individual and store sales targets.

- Build solid customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.

- Maintain product displays, store presentation and overall visual standards.

- Support billing, packaging and other store operations as required.

- Stay updated on new collections, products and promotions.

- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and customer experience goals.
