Job Summary

Ninety Degree Stone (NDS) is a luxury natural stone and material innovation company, backed by the RK Marble Group and Wonder Cement. Known for rare capabilities such as 6mm ultra-thin stone and backlit solutions, NDS creates premium surfaces for UHNI residences, architects, designers, and luxury developers not as a stone trader, but as a design-led material innovator.

We are looking for a result-driven Retail Sales Manager to lead showroom and retail sales operations at our Kishangarh facility one of India's largest natural stone hubs converting walk-in customers, dealers, and trade buyers while upholding NDS's premium brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive retail sales targets and revenue growth for the location.
- Manage day-to-day retail/showroom sales operations at the Kishangarh facility.
- Engage and convert walk-in customers, dealers, contractors, and trade buyers visiting the Kishangarh hub.
- Build and manage relationships with local dealers and trade partners in the Kishangarh market.
- Build and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, and luxury developers sourcing from the Kishangarh facility.
- Guide customers on product selection across granite, marble, quartzite, and NDS's signature finishes.




- Supervise and mentor the CRM Executive and showroom/retail sales staff.
- Oversee CRM data quality and sales reporting through the CRM Executive; support sales-process standardization.
- Coordinate with production/processing teams on stock availability and order fulfillment.
- Maintain showroom merchandising and presentation in line with NDS's premium brand positioning.
- Track walk-in footfall, conversion rates, and competitor activity in the local market.
- Outbound recent business development identifying and pursuing opportunities beyond walk-in and existing trade relationships.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and premium service standards.

Required Skills

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Retail or showroom sales management experience.
- Target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM & AI tools.
- Strong interpersonal and team-handling skills.
- Working knowledge of natural stone/premium building materials preferred.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred. Retail or B2B sales experience in stone, building materials, or interiors preferred.

KPIs

- Retail Sales Achieved, Footfall Conversion Ratio, Customer Satisfaction Score.
