Job Purpose To independently manage the day-to-day operations of the Oyalo outlet, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, food quality and safety, sales achievement, inventory control, and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outlet Operations

- Manage overall daily operations of the outlet.
- Ensure the outlet opens and closes as per the scheduled timings.
- Allocate duties to team members and monitor their performance.
- Ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours.
- Maintain outlet standards as per company guidelines.

2. Sales & Business Performance

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue.
- Promote new products, offers, and combo sales.
- Monitor wastage and take corrective actions to improve profitability.

3. Customer Service

- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide quick resolutions.
- Monitor waiting time, order accuracy, and service quality.
- Maintain a positive customer experience at the outlet.

4. Food Safety & Quality

- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, hygiene, and food-safety standards.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, temperature control, and expiry monitoring.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Conduct regular checks on food quality and product presentation.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of the outlet.

5. Inventory & Stock Control

- Monitor daily stock levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables.
- Prepare/raise material requirements based on consumption and business needs.
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuing of materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Control excess stock, shortages, expiry, and wastage.

6. Cash & Billing Management

- Ensure accurate billing and collection of payments.
- Monitor cash,



card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and report discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure proper handling and submission of daily sales/cash reports.

7. Team Management

- Supervise outlet employees and allocate shifts/duties.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
- Train employees on customer service, food safety, SOPs, and outlet procedures.
- Identify performance gaps and provide necessary coaching.
- Coordinate with HR regarding manpower requirements, leave, attendance, and disciplinary matters.

8. Maintenance & Housekeeping

- Ensure cleanliness of the sales area, kitchen, storage area, equipment, and surroundings.
- Monitor equipment and facility condition.
- Report maintenance issues and follow up for timely rectification.
- Ensure proper waste disposal and pest-control practices.

9. Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain daily sales, stock, wastage, attendance, and other operational records.
- Submit required reports to the Area/Operations Manager on time.
- Ensure all outlet documents and statutory records are properly maintained.

Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: 12th / Diploma / Graduate
- Experience: 2–4 years in QSR, restaurant, food retail, bakery, café, or similar operations.
- Experience as Outlet Supervisor / Shift In-Charge / Restaurant Captain will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
