- Operations: Run daily shifts, manage food and chicken inventory orders, and oversee product production.

- Team Leadership: Train, coach, and motivate team members while building a positive work culture.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Experience: 3 to 5 years of quick-service restaurant (QSR) experience, with prior management experience strongly preferred.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, stock inventory, and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed.

- Availability: Willingness to work a adaptable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
