Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Resume Writer who can create, improve, and customize professional resumes for IT professionals. The ideal candidate should understand different IT roles, be able to identify candidates' key skills and experience, and present them effectively in ATS-friendly resumes.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and update professional, ATS-friendly resumes for IT candidates.
- Review candidates' experience, skills, projects, and career goals.
- Customize resumes according to specific IT job descriptions.
- Highlight relevant technical skills, achievements, and experience.
- Ensure resumes are professionally formatted, accurate, and easy to read.
- Optimize resumes with relevant keywords for ATS systems.
- Rewrite existing resumes to improve their impact and presentation.
- Work with recruiters and candidates to gather required information.
- Maintain quality and consistency across all resumes.
- Complete resumes within assigned timelines and meet daily/weekly targets.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in resume writing, career services,



recruitment, or a related field.
- Excellent written English and strong grammar skills.
- Robust knowledge of professional resume formatting and ATS optimization.
- Good understanding of IT/technical roles such as Software Developer, Data Engineer, DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity, QA, etc.
- Ability to understand technical experience and convert it into strong resume content.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple candidates.

Preferred Skills
- Experience creating resumes for the US job market.
- Familiarity with US IT recruitment and job descriptions.
- Experience using resume-building or document-formatting tools.
- Knowledge of ATS systems and keyword optimization.
