We are hiring RESTRUCTURING / REBUILDING OFFICER

We are looking for a mature, responsible, highly dependable and ownership-driven qualified who can take charge of business restructuring, rebuilding, recovery and long-pending matters and drive them from: START → FOLLOW-UP → RESOLUTION → CLOSURE This role requires someone who can work independently, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, solve problems and ensure matters actually reach closure.

Key Responsibilities :-

Take complete ownership of restructuring, rebuilding and business recovery activities* Handle old and pending business matters from initiation to closure*

Coordinate with CA, consultants, banks, finance teams, clients, vendors and other stakeholders*

Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure timely closure of pending matters*

Maintain proper documentation, trackers, records and status reports*

Prepare MIS, Excel/Google Sheets reports and management updates*

Manage professional email communication and stakeholder follow-ups*

Identify issues, coordinate with relevant teams and work towards practical solutions*

Support financial, operational,



administrative and compliance-related restructuring activities* Assist with pending documentation, reconciliation and compliance matters*

Negotiate professionally with vendors, clients and other stakeholders wherever required*

Manage multiple matters simultaneously and prioritize critical issues*

Escalate important matters to management with clear updates and recommendations*

Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company information

Ability to work independently

Strong ownership & accountability

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
