Position: Restaurant Captain

Location: KOPA, Koregaon Park, Pune

Preferred Candidates: Candidates with 1+ years of experience in F&B; Operations. Preferres Pune locals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise the service team during shifts.
- Ensure smooth service and high guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain service standards, hygiene and outlet discipline.
- Train and guide team members on service procedures.
- Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and kitchen team for smooth operations.

Requirements:

- Experience in restaurant or hospitality service.
- Positive communication and leadership skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
