We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to supervise restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest service. The Restaurant Captain will coordinate with waiters, kitchen staff, and management to maintain smooth and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Allocate tables and coordinate guest seating.
- Supervise and guide waiters and restaurant service staff.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately when required.
- Ensure timely and proper serving of food and beverages.
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and overall restaurant presentation.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure orders are prepared and served on time.
- Check food and beverage quality before serving.
- Ensure proper billing and payment procedures are followed.
- Maintain knowledge of the restaurant menu, special offers, and daily promotions.
- Train and assist junior service staff in proper restaurant procedures.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Monitor stock of service items such as cutlery, crockery, glassware,



and other restaurant supplies.
- Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager regarding daily operations and staff requirements.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 12th pass; Hotel Management/Food & Beverage qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in restaurant or hotel service preferred.
- Experience as a Senior Waiter/Restaurant Captain will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
